Strawberry Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

I made this for my husband for Valentines Day!! Sooooooo YUMMY!!!



Strawberry Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

4 Eggs
Loaf of French Bread
Dash of Cinnamon
Dash of Sugar
1/2 c. Half and Half
1 Block Cream Cheese
1 lb Fresh Strawberries
Powered Sugar

Mix the eggs, cinnamon, sugar and half & half together..

Take the loaf and cut into 1.5" pieces and then slice half way down the middle of those pieces to create a hole inside the piece of bread to put the stuffing into.

Rinse off the strawberries and cut into slices. Mix the cream cheese (easier at room temp) with half the fresh sliced strawberries. Then put spoonfuls of the cream cheese/strawberry mixture into the cut of the bread slices.

Dip the stuffed bread into the egg mixture and cook on a skillet for about 2-3 minute on each side until done. Sprinkle the cooked slice with powered sugar and top with some of the fresh sliced strawberries that are left..

I put butter and syrup on mine as well..
